Returns + Exchanges
BY CHECKING THE BOX AT CHECKOUT YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS BELOW
We welcome all qualifying returns for store credit/exchange only within 14 days from date of purchase. If you would like another size - we do encourage you to purchase the new size you would like and we would happily REFUND your payment once we receive your return and include your new order number if you can :) any items received after 14 business days will be denied. If the return is denied, you will need to contact us to pay for it to be shipped back to you. If the denied return is not claimed within 30 days, it will be donated to charity. All Returnable items may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY or EXCHANGED for another item upon qualification. We do not issue refunds. We do not cover any shipping cost, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items: There are certain items that cannot be accepted, the following are non-returnable:
Final Sale Items such as, bralettes/bras/bandeaus, leggings/yoga pants, hair accessories/hats/beanies, swimwear, undergarments, socks and eye-wear. Due to hygienic purposes, there will be NO EXCEPTIONS on these items.
Items returned that are over the 14 business days allotted.
Non qualifying items - smells of smoke, pet odor, or body odor; has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or if the item is damaged (without making us aware) it will not qualify.
Items must be in its original condition with tags attached.
Store Credit: We only offer store credit, no refunds. Once you are issued your store credit, it will expire in exactly one year of the issue date, so be sure to use it! If your items do not qualify for store credit/exchange you will need to make arrangements for it to be returned. If arrangements are not made - after 30 days the items will go to a charity.
Processing Time: Once we receive your return it can take 3-6 business days and at this time you will be issued a store credit through your customer account email in the price of the item(s) and you will be able to use your credit on anything you would like. Original Shipping fees are non-refundable. . Be sure to make a customer account before sending it back. You will be emailed by our returns department once your store credit has been added to your account.
Damaged Items: If you believe you have received a damaged item, you have 3 days (including weekends) to contact us about the damage. DO NOT send it back. Email Shop@noirbyjai.com with pictures and a description of the damage, and be sure to include a picture of your invoice as well!
Steps to Return Items:
Make sure all of the items you are returning follow the guidelines of our return policy.
Make sure to create a customer account.
Ship back using whichever shipping method you prefer, since you will be covering the shipping costs. (we do not cover shipping costs)
Please allow 3-6 business days for your return to be processed.
If you are returning shoes, the shoes must be returned in their original box or packaging and placed inside an additional protective shipping box such as the box that your shoes were mailed to you in. Unfortunately -other customers do not want shoes that look used. Any damage to the shoe box will make the shoes ineligible for return. In this case the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to return shipping cost.
If you need to make any changes to your order, please email us at Shop@NoirByJai.com immediately after making your purchase. We are open Monday-Friday from 11:00 AM-7:00 pm and closed on Holidays. If it is during non business hours please email us at Shop@NoirByJai.com. Once your order has been processed, we will do our best to modify the contents of your order but once it is on the shipping dock in containers we may not be able to. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you. Orders may not be cancelled.
Clearance/Sale Items are marked at/or below cost! They are AMAZING deals on items that we only have a few left of and we are making room for new GOODIES - due to this - they are a FINAL SALE.
For Hygienic purposes and the best interest of our customers - All sales are final on earrings, seamless bottoms, bralettes/bras/bandeaus, leggings/yoga pants, hair accessories/hats/beanies, swimwear, undergarments, socks and eye-wear.
Defective Items OR Problems with Shipment
PLEASE inspect ALL items as soon as they arrive. All damages and any other problems need to be reported within 2 days of arriving by email at Shop@NoirByJai.com. We will happily get you taken care of and apologize in advance if this happens! We do our very best to inspect each and every item before leaving our facility. Please do not use scissors when opening the packages.
Please keep in mind if the item that you purchased is HAND WASH ONLY, PLEASE----- DO NOT wash in any type of machine. The delicate cycle or hand wash machines are not always guaranteed; sometimes items tend to shrink or bleed. Hand wash in your sink or tub with a delicate detergent. Please see tags for instructions on how to properly take care of your item because we know you LOVE them just as much as WE DO .
